Fresh nose of apples and pears with oaky vanilla, coconut and a touch of dill. Opens like a classic Burgundy style but with restrained oak and malolactic cheese; orchard fruit still there show a lovely balance. Apples and butter with pear and toast on the palette. Finishes with mild cheddar, apples, and sea salt. Nice, well balanced chard.
