Rich, well crafted and beautifully balanced and fascinating Burgundy style chardonnay. Nose of caramel with floral notes and baked bread, opulent and striking. Dry and tart apples and lemon cookies in a butter cream and butterscotch framework make this wine complex and balanced. Toasty oak with light tannins on the long finish. This is a very big wine that should get even better with time.
